“群众路线”是中国共产党把马克思主义普遍原理同中国具体实际相结合的独创性理论成果，在新闻宣传和报刊出版的实际工作中，直接表现为“群众办报”，并形成一套完整的理论话语体系和操作原则。本文认为，“群众办报”作为“群众路线”的新闻实践，是“以人民为中心”建党精神的具体体现。本质上是中国共产党新闻思想和话语体系的统一。党的新闻工作在把握新闻真实、尊重新闻规律的基础上，创造性地实践了调查研究、典型人物报道等实操方法，有机综合了科学话语、建设话语及党性话语等多种形态，形成一套群众路线的新闻话语体系，满足了革命战争时期新闻参与社会动员、推动社会改造的需求。延安时期基于“群众路线”方针的“群众办报”新闻话语实践，既是构建中国革命话语体系的一次重大尝试，也推动了中国特色新闻学话语体系及党报理论形成。

The"mass line"is an original theoretical achievement of the Communist Party of China(CPC) in integrating the universal principles of Marxism with China's specific reality. This paper argues that the journalistic practice of"running newspapers by the masses"as a“mass line"is a concreteembodiment of the spirit of"people-centered"party building. In essence, it is the unification of the journalistic ideology and discourse system of the Communist Party of China. On the basis of grasping thetruth of the news and respecting the laws of the news, the Party's journalistic work has creatively practiced practical methods such as investigation and research, reporting on typical figures, and organicallintegrated various forms such as scientific discourse, construction discourse, and party spirit discourse.forming a set of news discourse system of the mass line, which meets the needs of the press to participate in social mobilization and promote social transformation during the revolutionary war period. Thepractice of"mass newspapers"based on the principle of"mass line"in Yan'an was not only a maior at.tempt to construct a discourse system of the Chinese revolution, but also promoted the formation of thediscourse system of journalism with Chinese characteristics and the theory of party newspapers.
